Strawberry Smoothie

I blended frozen strawberries, low-fat vanilla yogurt and vanilla soy milk together (a good combination) and poured it into my '08 Houston Marathon finisher's glass - to make me feel a little better after only running 1.3 miles this morning before the pain hit. I did strength-training after that, so at least I can do other kinds of exercise. I'm up to thirty push-ups.
