My Foot

I hurt my left heel towards the end of last Monday's run. Today I thought it was better, but I was only able to run about a half a mile.

  1. WHAT??? Oh nooooo!!! Are you going to rest from running all this week? At this point, that might be a good idea...give your foot as much chance as possible to heal.

    With whatever I've got going on, I'm just hoping and praying that the "sick" doesn't hit again next Sunday morning. Or that I can figure out what's causing it before then!!

    I'll be praying for both of us...

  2. Today I ran 1 1/2 miles and stopped because I thought I felt a slight pain in my left heel. I think you're right - time to rest.

    Here's hoping you have a nausea-free week and a great marathon!
