My 4 Mile Morning Run

I just got back from my morning run. I stretched and now I'm icing my right knee. There was a little knee pain during my run, but I'm hoping it's not a big deal - it's so minor now. I ran four miles this morning with an average pace of 10:23/mile.

Pre-run: Rice Chex and skim milk
Post-run: Raisin Bar
Shoes: Asics Gel DS Trainer 13
