30 Minutes of Exercise

This morning I did these exercises (2 sets of most of them):

Hamstring curl with Swiss Ball (10)
Push-ups (20)
Superman (10)

Goal - Hold/do for 1 minute:
Side Plank
Wall Sit
Straight Leg Raise
Sitting V Up
Ab Scissors - Had to rest after 30 seconds.
Swiss Ball V Ups

Pre-exercise: shredded wheat with milk
Post-exercise: 1/2 pear, cottage cheese, healthy muffin
