Here's an easy one-bowl recipe for moist, nutty banana bread.
1/3 cup melted butter (microwaved)
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
